    Lyndhurst White
    aka

    Descriptions:
Lyndhurst White produces large, pear shaped to rounded, green to greenish yellow figs with a white flesh and a mild but sweet strawberry pulp. This is a found fig discovered and introduced by Keith Karausky and originated from Lyndhurst, New Jersey and so should be a good choice for the Northeast (2)

This is a very reliable variety. It ripens lots of large white figs. Grown in a container in zone 6a Western Pa.

I have written down that it had a watery/berry taste. It has to be perfectly ripe to be any good. I know I have to leave them on the tree until they are about to fall off. I ended up dehydrating most of them this year. They are good for that.
