    Descriptions:

Abebereira also known as Bebereira & Bêbera Preta in Madeira Island, Portugal. A very Common fig cultivated on the Island. There is another strain of Bêbera Preta that is even more elongated than this one and a tad smaller. Breba's are also very long, this fig seems to do quite well In Canada and seem's quite Hardy. Pictures above are of Main crop and could of used a couple more days to be ripe to perfection.
This Particular fig was found growing in Point Loma, California an elderly lady from Madeira had been growing 3 Varieties from Madeira there since the 50's I also have a Bêbera Preta that I got Directly from Madeira Island.

OK you confused me completely. I have pictures of well over 100 figs and was just trying to add info. What should I do next time -- please be very simplistic as I am becoming technology phobic. I'm hoping to retire someplace where if someone wants to talk to me they'll have to write a letter.
